Payment Data: We receive transaction information such as amount, date, payment status, payment provider identifiers, connected artist account references, and fee information from payment providers including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full card details. Cookies and Analytics: Used to keep you logged in and analyse site performance. How We Use Your Data To operate accounts, process bookings/payments, send service emails, improve Ink-Map, and personalise features. We do not sell personal data. Legal Basis & Third-Party Processors Processing is based on consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest. We work with trusted vendors, including payment processors, analytics providers, and cloud services. Cookies and Tracking We only enable essential cookies by default. Connected Artist Payments Where an artist connects Stripe Express or sends a Stripe payment request through Ink-Map, Stripe may collect identity, business, bank, tax, verification, and payout information directly from the artist. Ink-Map may receive limited account status, transaction, fee, payout-readiness, dispute, and payment metadata so we can operate payment requests, reconcile bookings, support users, and meet legal or fraud-prevention obligations.
