Setup Your Enquiries Form

Your enquiry form is how new clients reach out. Keep it short — long forms scare people off. Where to find it Sidebar → Settings → Enquiry Form. What you can do - Drag to reorder - Edit any question - Hide / show questions - Add your own (text, long text, yes/no, dropdown, multi-choice) Required vs optional Only mark required if you truly can't reply without it. Reference images Leave this on — clients upload straight into the chat. Preview Click Preview at the top to see what clients see. Tips - Keep it short. - Friendly wording. - Ask budget and timeframe early.
