Selling Gift Vouchers

Sell gift vouchers to clients and let them redeem the value against future bookings. Gold tier only. Where to find it Sidebar → Vouchers. Before you start - You must be on Gold. - Your Stripe account must be connected and live (see the Stripe guide). Sell a voucher manually - Click Sell Voucher. - Enter buyer name, email, amount and (optional) recipient + message. - The buyer gets an email with the code and PIN. Let clients buy vouchers from your profile - On the Vouchers page, turn on Show voucher sales button on my public profile. - A Vouchers button appears on your public profile so anyone can buy one. Redeeming - Open the client's booking → Add Payment → Voucher. - Enter the code and PIN — the value is applied to the balance. Managing vouchers - View — see full details and history. - Extend expiry — push the expiry date out. - Re-send — email the code to the buyer again. - Cancel — invalidate a voucher (refund handled separately in Stripe). Fees - £1 platform fee per voucher sold. - Standard Stripe processing fees apply. - You receive: voucher price − £1 − Stripe fees.
