Recording Booking Payments & Refunds

Keep a clear ledger of what's been paid on every booking. Where to find it Open any booking → Payments section. Deposits vs balance - The requested deposit shows above the payment lines. - Payments taken through the platform mark automatically. - Add manual entries for anything taken off-platform. Refunds - Click Add Payment → set type to Refund. - Refunds show in red with a minus icon. - Outstanding recalculates immediately. Tips - Edit an entry with the pencil icon. - The full audit lives in the booking's timeline.
