Promote Available Spaces
Turn the gaps in your diary into a ready-to-post image for Instagram. Where to find it Sidebar → Diary → Promote Available Spaces (under the colour legend at the bottom). Studios: the button sits below all linked artist diaries, and you pick which artist to promote first. Step 1 — Choose your dates - Set a From and To date range. - Use the minimum space length slider (30 minutes up to 6 hours, or Full day) so you only advertise gaps worth booking. Step 2 — Review the spaces - Untick anything you would rather keep free. - Choose what appears on the image: dates are always shown, times and durations are optional. - Full days show as Full day rather than a number of hours. Step 3 — Pick a size and style - Sizes: Square (1:1), Instagram post (4:5) and Instagram story (9:16). - Styles: Bold, Soft, Minimal, Calendar and Blocks. Every style uses the ink-map.io colours. - If you have a lot of dates, the image splits into more than one page. Each page repeats the month at the top, and each page saves as its own image — never a zip. Saving - Save downloads the finished image with its background. - Save transparent downloads the text only on a see-through background, so you can lay it over your own photo in a story. You choose orange, black or white text. - On a phone your share sheet may open instead — choose Save image to keep it in your camera roll. Tips - Post early in the week so clients can plan. - Re-run it after any cancellation to fill the gap quickly. - Keep times off the image if you would rather clients enquire first.
