Managing Your Terms

Your terms are the rules a client agrees to when they book. Clear terms protect you. Where to find it Sidebar → Settings → Terms. Defaults You start with a set of default terms. Read and edit each one — they won't match your exact rules. When they show - Black / Gold — shown on your public profile and attached to every booking offer (client must tick to agree). - Free — saved but not shown publicly. Managing - Click a term to edit title or wording - Add Term for a new one - Arrows to reorder - Toggle to hide temporarily - Bin to delete Common terms - Deposit & balance - Cancellation notice - Lateness / no-shows - Touch-up policy - Photo permission Tips - Plain English. - Review every six months.
