Linking Artists to Your Studio

Link artists to your studio to manage their diary, enquiries and tier from one place. Where to find it Sidebar → Artists. Adding an artist - Invite by email — they accept and the link goes live. - Search existing artists — request a link, they approve. Paid tier perk If you are on a paid tier, every linked artist gets Black features free. They pay nothing. If you drop to Free or unlink, they go back to their own tier. What you can do - View their diary and bookings - Handle their enquiries (see Managing Studio Enquiries) - Reassign enquiries between artists - Toggle their visibility on your studio profile What you can't do - Change their personal settings - See their billing or private notes Visibility toggle Show on studio profile — hide guest artists you don't want listed publicly. Removing Click Unlink. They keep all their data — the link just ends.
