Connect Your Stripe Account

Connect Stripe to take card payments — deposits, balances and gift vouchers — straight into your bank. Where to find it Sidebar → Settings → Payment Methods. What you'll need - A UK bank account in your name (or your business name). - Photo ID (passport or driving licence). - Your business address and date of birth. Steps - Click Connect Stripe Account. - You'll be sent to Stripe to fill in your details. - Complete every section until Stripe says "Details submitted". - Come back to Ink Map — your status will update to Connected. When you're live - Charges enabled ✓ — you can take payments. - Payouts enabled ✓ — money will land in your bank (usually 2–7 days). Fees - Ink Map takes no cut of bookings. - Standard Stripe processing fees apply. - Gift vouchers: £1 platform fee per voucher sold, plus Stripe fees. Troubleshooting - Stuck on "Pending"? Log back into Stripe and check for a red banner asking for more info. - Wrong details? Use Manage Stripe Account to update anything.
